These Regulations define the general conditions, rules and method of sale conducted by Joanna Styrylska-Gałażyn,
the author of all artistic works sold via the styrylska.com online store
(hereinafter referred to as: the Online Store)

I. BASIC TERMS
1) Customer – means an entity for which electronic services may be provided in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions or with which a Sales Agreement may be concluded.
A consumer is a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes that are not directly related to his business / professional activity.
3) Product – a movable item available in the Online Store which is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
4) Regulations – these Sales Regulations
5) Seller / Service Provider – means Joanna Styrylska -Gałażyn conducting artistic activity based in Krakow, e-mail: shop@styrylska.com who is also the owner of the Online Store.
6) Online store / website – the website where the sale is conducted www.styrylska.com
7) Working days – means days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
8) Delivery – means the actual act of delivering to the Customer by the Seller, via the Supplier, the Goods specified in the order.
9) Supplier – means the courier company through which the Seller delivers the Goods.
10) Order form – an electronic service, an interactive form available in the Online Store that allows you to place an Order by e-mail contact with the seller, add Products to the electronic basket and define the terms of the Sales Agreement, including the method of delivery and payment.
11) Sales contract – a contract for the sale of a Product concluded or concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Online Store.
12) Electronic service – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the Online Store.
13) Service Recipient – a natural person, legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity to use the Electronic Service.
14) Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent submitted via the Order Form and aimed directly at concluding the Product Sales Agreement with the Seller.
II. RULES OF PURCHASING THE PRODUCT
The products are sold by Joanna Styrylska-Gałażyn, who runs an artistic activity under the brand name Styrylska-, e-mail: shop@styrylska.com, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
On the website you can buy original graphics and images, hereinafter referred to as products.
The terms of the contract are specified in the Regulations and a detailed description indicated in the product description.
The product contract is concluded with the effective payment by the Customer.
The prices on the Online Store Website placed next to a given Product are gross prices, they contain information about the costs of Delivery and any other costs that the Customer will be obliged to incur in connection with the Sales Agreement, about which the Customer will be informed when choosing the method of Delivery and placing an Order.
To make a purchase, you must and place an Order:
– select the Product you want to buy from the options available on the website,
– then go through the purchasing process according to the instructions,
– complete the order form,
– confirm your willingness to pay for the product and make the payment.
If the Customer is from outside Poland, he should inform the Seller indicating his place of residence / seat so that it is possible to settle the tax in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The condition for placing an Order in the Online Store by the Customer is to read the Regulations and accept its provisions at the time of placing the Order.
Products in the promotion have a limited number of pieces and Orders for them will be processed in the order in which they are received until the stocks of a given Product run out.
III. PAYMENT METHODS
The seller provides the following payment method:
– payment by traditional transfer to the Seller’s bank account.
In the case of payment by traditional transfer, the payment should be made to the bank account number: PKOSA 71 1240 1431 1111 0000 1039 9664. In the transfer title please enter “Order No. …” or the title of the painting.
The Customer is each time informed by the Seller on the Online Store Website about the date on which he is obliged to make the payment for the order in the amount resulting from the concluded Sales Agreement.
The product will be shipped only after it has been paid for.
IV. COST, DATE AND METHODS OF DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
Product delivery costs are determined during the Order submission process and depend on the choice of payment method and delivery method of the purchased Product.
The date of delivery of the Product consists of the time of completing the Product and the time of delivery of the Product by the carrier.
The time of completing the Product is from 1 to 3 business days from the moment the Order is accepted for execution by the Seller.
The delivery of the Product by the carrier takes place within the period declared by the carrier, i.e. from 1 to 2 working days from the moment of sending the parcel (delivery takes place only on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
In the case of Ordering Products with different delivery times, the delivery date is the longest given date.
Products purchased in the Online Store are shipped only within Poland and European Union countries via a courier company.
V. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SALES CONTRACT
A Customer who is also a Consumer who has concluded a Distance Sale Agreement may withdraw from it without giving reasons
– The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not entitled to the Consumer in the case of a Sales Agreement, in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs.
In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the customer should inform the Seller about it by sending an e-mail to: shop@styrylska.com using the model withdrawal form. The message should be sent within 14 days from the moment the Consumer takes possession of the Product.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Sales Agreement is considered void, and the Consumer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the Product before its expiry.
In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Product should be returned to the following address: os.Kolorowe 10A / 21, code: 31-939 Kraków.
The Seller is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer’s statement on withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, return all payments made by him, including the cost of Delivery of the Product to the Consumer. The Seller may withhold the reimbursement of payments received from the Consumer until the Product is returned or the Consumer provides proof of the Product’s return, depending on which event occurs first.
If the Consumer exercising the right of withdrawal chose a method of delivery of the Product other than the cheapest usual method of Delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the Consumer.
The consumer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the Sales Agreement. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the Product to the Seller’s address before the deadline.
In the event of withdrawal, the Customer who is a Consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the Product.
The consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the Product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.
VI. RULES FOR CLAIMING
The seller takes care to deliver high-quality products.
The user may submit complaints regarding the purchased products.

In the above message, please provide as much information and circumstances as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of irregularities and contact details. The information provided will significantly facilitate and accelerate the consideration of the complaint by the Seller.
In order to assess the physical defects of the Product, it should be delivered to the following address: Joanna Styrylska-Gałażyn Os.Kolorowe 10A / 21, 31-939 Kraków.
The Seller will respond to the Customer’s request immediately, no later than within 14 days from receiving the complaint.
The answer will be sent to the User’s e-mail address or otherwise indicated by the User.
VII. ELECTRONIC SERVICES IN THE ONLINE STORE
The following Electronic Services are available in the Online Store: Account, Order Form and Newsletter.
Order form – the use of the Order Form begins when the Customer adds the first Product to the electronic basket in the Online Store. Placing an Order takes place after the Customer completes two subsequent steps: 1) after completing the Order Form, 2) clicking on the “I confirm purchase” field on the Store’s website.
– In the Order Form, it is necessary for the Customer to provide the following data regarding the Customer: name and surname / company name, address (street, house / flat number, zip code, city, country), e-mail address, contact telephone number and data regarding the Sales Agreement : Product (s), quantity of the Product (s), place and method of delivery of the Product (s), method of payment. In the case of customers who are not consumers, it is also necessary to provide the company name and tax identification number.
– The electronic service The order form is provided free of charge and is of a one-off nature and ends when the Order is placed through it or when the Customer ceases to place the Order through it earlier.
VIII. COMPLAINTS RELATING TO THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services via the Store may be submitted by the Service Recipient via e-mail to shop@styrylska.com
In the above e-mail, please provide as much information and circumstances as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the irregularity and contact details. The information provided will significantly facilitate and accelerate the consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider.
Consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider takes place immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of notification.
The Service Provider’s response to the complaint is sent to the Customer’s e-mail address provided in the complaint or in another way provided by the Customer.
IX. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content posted on the website at www.styrylska.com is protected by copyright and is the property of Joanna Styrylska-Gałażyn who performs artistic activities. The Service Recipient bears full responsibility for damage caused to the Service Provider, resulting from the use of any content on the www.styrylska.com website without the Service Provider’s consent.
Any use by anyone, without the express written consent of the Service Provider, of any of the elements constituting the content and content of the www.styrylska.com website constitutes a violation of the Service Provider’s copyright and results in civil and criminal liability.
All trade names, Product names, company names and logos used on the Online Store Website at www.styrylska.com belong to their owners and are used only for identification purposes. They may be registered trademarks. All materials, descriptions and photos presented on the Store’s website at www.styrylska.com are used for informational purposes.
X. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The rules for the protection of Personal Data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
XI. FINAL PROVISIONS
As part of the use of products, it is forbidden to provide unlawful information and act in a manner that is against the law, decency or violates the personal rights of third parties.
Amicable settlement of disputes and consideration of complaints. The consumer may turn to:
– an amicable consumer court with a request to resolve a dispute arising from the concluded contract.
– provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings on the amicable settlement of the dispute between the User and the Seller.
– a poviat (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection and obtain assistance in the matter of the contract or has the right to use the ODR platform. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations. For contracts concluded before the entry into force of the new Regulations, the version of the Regulations in force on the date of the conclusion by the User of the Agreement shall apply.
For unregulated matters, the following applies, inter alia, The Civil Code, the Act – Consumer Rights, the Act on the provision of electronic services.
